Role Summary
The Business Coordinator will support executive management by planning, coordinating,
and monitoring all company activities across Apex 10 and its affiliated brands. The role
requires a highly organized, experienced, and professional individual capable of translating
strategy into actionable plans while ensuring operational efficiency, brand consistency, and
effective communication across national and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support daily management in planning, scheduling, and
executing all company activities and affairs across all brands.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring national blueprints,
protocols, directives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for:
• Operations
• Customer service
• Social media and digital engagement
• Regional and field programs
• Coordinate branding and marketing activities including:
• Social media content planning and execution
• Events, activations, and promotional campaigns
• Brand consistency across all platforms and public engagements
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Operations, Administration, and regional
teams to:
• Align strategic priorities
• Communicate directives clearly
• Support execution of weekly and monthly plans
• Support administration and operations teams to:
• Prepare and submit weekly activity plans
• Compile and organize weekly operational and sales reports
• Coordinate monthly evaluations and performance reviews
• Track ongoing activities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely
execution
• Support coordination of national and regional programs, trainings, and field
activities
• Identify gaps, challenges, and improvement opportunities and report findings
to management
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting standards are followed across all
departments
Required Experience & Competencies
• Proven experience in business coordination, operations management, or
administrative leadership
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Professional communication and reporting skills (written and verbal)
• Experience working with multi-brand or multi-department organizations
• Ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of branding, social media coordination, and
promotional activities
• High level of discretion, accountability, and attention to detail\
CONTRACT DURATION
TRAINING FOA A MONTH AND PROBATION FOR 3 MONTHS AND ONE YEAR CONTRACT
RENEWALBLE YEARLY.
