Job Details
Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, strong team performance, cost control, compliance, and consistent delivery of food, beverage, and service standards.

Specific requirements
• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house coordination to meet service and quality targets
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction through service excellence and effective issue resolution
• Prepare duty rosters; coach, train and appraise team members
• Monitor inventory, ordering and supplier coordination to reduce waste and stock-outs
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, cash handling, and operating procedures
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, incidents, staffing, and stock variances

Qualification & experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in restaurant/hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards, hygiene, and basic cost control
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word); reporting capability is essential
