Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager drives revenue growth, business development and overall commercial

performance. The role combines personal business development with leadership of the Sales team to

achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's commercial and sales strategy.

• Achieve agreed personal sales targets and drive the overall Commercial and Sales team target.

• Lead, supervise and develop the Sales team, including setting targets and monitoring performance.

• Identify and convert new corporate, government and institutional business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain key customer and strategic partner relationships.

• Lead major RFQs, RFPs, tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

• Ensure disciplined use of the CRM and adherence to the company's commercial policies and

processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales, commercial management or business development.

• Proven experience in B2B and corporate sales, and in managing sales teams.

• Strong negotiation, business development and customer relationship skills.

• Experience with tenders, RFQs, RFPs and commercial proposals.

• Strong analytical, reporting and CRM capabilities.

• Experience in IT, technology, systems integration or professional services will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: GHS 6, 000 to GHS 10, 000 per month
