We are looking for supervisors to oversee the operations of the betting area, ensuring all betting activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage staff, resolve customer disputes, and monitor financial transactions.
2. Maintain a safe and responsible gambling environment
3. Assist in training new employees
4. Maintain efficiency and integrity in the betting environment
5. Provide customer service in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
6. Report on relevant platforms on daily operational and non operational appliances.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of senior high school qualification. Must be smart, reliable and willing to move between branches.

* Ghana card copy (Front/ Back)
* Copy of school certificate or results slip
* SSNIT document or card copy if any
* One (1) SSNIT contributor as guarantor (Get a guarantors form from any of our outlets near you)
