Key Responsibilities

o Lead and manage the Super Mulch brand in the Bono Region.

o Coordinate and work fully with Sanihancer Spraying Company and Apex10 Spraying Company.

o Handle sales, marketing, sensitization and field demonstrations for all company brands.

o Work closely with the Bono Regional Team for Super Mulch, Sanihancer & Apex10.

o Supervise and guide field teams and spraying crews.

o Engage farmers, institutions and agro-dealers to grow market presence.

o Be actively involved in customer service, product sampling and field trials.

o Conduct regular farm visits and extensive farmer engagements.

o Lead and participate in market day promotions and activations.

o Ensure proper product usage, follow-ups and farmer education.

Qualification

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Science, Agricultural Extension, Soil Science or any related Agricultural field.

Requirements

o Self–motivated and highly disciplined.

o Hardworking and results–driven.

o Ability to work with or without supervision.

o Must be able to drive (valid driver’s license is an advantage).

o Good communication and leadership skills.

o Strong passion for agriculture and farmer development.

Compensation & Growth

Initial Pay Range:

Successful applicants will begin on a monthly salary between GHS 1, 500 and GHS 2, 000, determined by experience, readiness and field delivery capacity.

Post-Probation Review:

After completing a 90-day performance assessment period, salaries may be adjusted upward to between GHS 2, 000 and GHS 3, 000, based on sales achievements, farmer network expansion and general output.

Receive GHS 50 each month for every agro-shop you recruit that achieves a minimum monthly purchase of GHS 1, 000 and settles payment.

Sales Commission:

o Commission on all direct sales to buyers you introduce.

o Commission on all cooperative sales under your supervision.

Operational Support:

o Company motorbike provided.

o Transport facilitation for client servicing and market expansion activities.
