We’ve already processed $3M+ with 10, 000 users, and now we need a ruthless Sales Hunter to dominate Accra’s busiest trade corridors.

The Mission: This is a high-activity field role. You will be on the ground in Abossey Okai, Opera Square, Makola, and Tema, onboarding SMEs and Manufacturers who import from China, Turkey, UAE, and other African countries. Your goal is to move their transactions onto CPayant.

Who You Are:

The Experience: 2–3 years in Accra-based Microfinance (MFB) sales, merchant acquisition, or trade-finance.

The Rolodex: You already have active relationships with importers and traders who are frustrated by FX scarcity and slow bank transfers.

The Grit: You are a "closer" who knows how to build trust with local business owners and doesn't take "No" for an answer.

The Tech: You can explain the benefits of digital banking in simple, value-driven terms.
