Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Security/Caretaker to oversee the security and general upkeep of a newly developing estate in Tema Community 2.

Key Responsibilities
Provide security and monitor the estate premises.
Keep the surroundings clean and orderly.
Monitor workers, visitors and activities within the estate.
Report any suspicious activity, damage or maintenance issues.
Ensure the property and materials on site are properly secured.
Perform basic caretaker duties as required.

Requirements
Must be trustworthy, responsible and physically fit.
Previous experience in security or caretaker work is an advantage.
Must be willing to live on the premises.
