Job Summary:
Lead the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of academic and professional training programs,
ensuring high standards of learner assessment and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
● Master's degree in Education, Training & Development, Business, Public Administration, or a related discipline
● Minimum of 3 years' experience managing academic, professional training, or educational programmes
● Proven knowledge of curriculum planning, programme coordination, quality assurance, and learner assessment
● Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills
● Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning
Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage
● Must reside in Oyibi and environs
