Job Summary
Fncee Consult is inviting applications from hardworking, reliable, and energetic individuals for the role of Field Workers and Drivers for a leading general building and construction materials and services company located in Nsawam, Eastern Region.
The Field Worker will support day-to-day field and operational activities, including assisting customers, loading and offloading materials, supporting stock movement, maintaining cleanliness and safety within operational areas, and assisting supervisors to ensure smooth site operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with loading and offloading of goods and materials.
- Supporting movement and arrangement of stock and construction materials.
- Assisting field supervisors and operational teams during site activities.
- Ensuring proper handling of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the work environment.
- Supporting inventory movement and stock management activities.
- Following workplace safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Assisting in deliveries and general field support activities when required.
- Reporting damaged items, shortages, or operational issues to supervisors.
- Supporting teamwork and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Minimum of JHS, SHS, Technical, or Vocational Education.
Previous experience in construction, warehouse operations, field work, or material handling will be an added advantage.
Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Hardworking, disciplined, punctual, and reliable personality.
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Residing within Nsawam or nearby areas will be an advantage.
