Process guest payments accurately, issue receipts, support order entry on POS and ensure proper cash control while delivering courteous customer service.
Specific requirements
• Operate POS accurately; process cash, card, and mobile money transactions
• Balance till, prepare end-of-shift cash-up and report variances
• Maintain proper filing of receipts and support basic record keeping
• Provide frontline customer support and coordinate with service staff for order accuracy
• Adhere to internal controls, fraud prevention, and confidentiality standards
Qualification & experience
• HND/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or relevant training)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a cashier in hospitality/retail
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and basic Excel skills
• High integrity and ability to work shifts/weekends
