Prepare and serve beverages to guests, maintain bar standards, manage stock, and ensure responsible service while supporting a lively, customer-focused atmosphere.
Specific requirements
• Mix and serve cocktails, mocktails and standard drinks to recipe and presentation standards
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment upkeep
• Accurately process orders on POS and support stock counts and requisitions
• Recommend pairings and upsell while ensuring responsible service
• Coordinate with floor team during peak service and events
Qualification & experience
• Certificate in Bartending/Mixology is an advantage
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a bartender in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel
• Good knowledge of beverages, measurements, and basic stock control
• Excellent customer service and ability to work night shifts/weekends
