Supervise day-to-day floor service, coordinate wait staff, ensure smooth guest flow, and uphold service standards to deliver a consistent dining experience.
Specific requirements
• Lead pre-shift briefings and assign sections; monitor service speed and quality
• Handle guest feedback/complaints promptly and escalate as required
• Ensure tables, cutlery, POS stations, and service areas are set to standard
• Support cash-up controls, order accuracy, and coordination with kitchen/bar
• Coach wait staff on menu knowledge, upselling, and customer service
Qualification & experience
• Diploma/HND in Hospitality, Catering, or related field (or equivalent proven experience)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a busy restaurant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong guest-handling, team coordination, and basic reporting skills
• Comfortable using POS systems; ability to work shifts, weekends, and peak periods
