At Clozar Group, a Sales and Marketing Officer plays a vital role in driving the growth of the company’s cross-border commerce and logistics ecosystem. Given Clozar's focus on international delivery, global supplier payments, and empowering SMEs to sell across borders, the role is highly strategic and results-oriented. Core Responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify and onboard new vendors, SMEs, and corporate clients looking for international shipping and global payment solutions.
• Strategic Marketing: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, and traditional) to increase brand awareness of the Clozar App and logistics services.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring they utilize Clozar’s full suite of tools, such as the USD Virtual Cards and local delivery services.
• Market Analysis: Monitor trends in the Ghanaian and West African e-commerce landscape to identify new opportunities for market penetration.
• Sales Reporting: Track performance metrics, manage lead pipelines, and prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales targets and customer feedback.
• Outreach & Events: Represent the company at trade fairs, business networking events, and community outreach programs to promote Clozar's global reach.
