We are looking for a dedicated Waitress/Waiter to join our team in Kumasi, Ashanti Region. As a Waitress/Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Process bills and handle payments (cash, POS, mobile money).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Set up tables before service and clear them after customers leave.
- Address customer complaints politely and efficiently.
