Smart Advertising is out to change the way outdoor advertising is booked across Ghana. We are revolutionising the process of booking outdoor advertising, making it accessible to all, anytime, anywhere. To help achieve our goals, we are looking for a Marketing Executive who is creative, resilient, resourceful and AI savvy to help us become the no. 1 player in outdoor advertising. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a marketing role. They will be involved content creation, graphic design, social media management and supporting sales / lead generation, producing assets that can be used to promote the company to potential customers and retain existing clients.

They will need to be a good cultural fit for our organisation, demonstrating flexibility, open mindedness, adaptability and an innovative mindset.

Key priorities:

• Marketing content creation including photography, filming and copy-writing

• Social media management including content, graphic design, posting and community management

• Provide reporting on marketing activity

• Relationship management, point of liaison between customers and our supply chain

• Additional responsibilities as per usual in a start-up environment

Ideal attributes:

• Educated to a degree level as a minimum

• 2yr+ experience in a marketing role (experience in a startup is not necessary but advantageous)

• Resilient, resourceful and proactive

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office apps such as Excel and Word

• Proficient in the use of design / AI tools such as Canva, Chat GPT and Gamma
