The Site Measurement & Design Assistant is responsible for visiting project locations to

take accurate measurements and site data required for 3D kitchen and interior design. The

role ensures that all measurements, site conditions, and client requirements are properly

documented to support seamless design, production, and installation processes.

• Conduct precise on-site measurements for kitchens, wardrobes, and other

cabinetry projects

• Record all dimensions, structural details, and site conditions (walls, ceilings,

plumbing, electrical points, etc. )

• Take clear site photos and videos to support design accuracy

• Interpret basic architectural drawings and relate them to on-site conditions

• Communicate effectively with clients on-site to clarify requirements and

expectations

• Prepare and submit detailed measurement reports after each site visit

• Work closely with the design team to ensure accurate 3D modeling inputs

• Identify and report potential installation challenges before production begins

• Ensure all measurements meet company standards and minimize costly errors

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all site data

• Senior High School (SHS) Certificate or

• HND / Diploma in a Technical Field (Building Technology, Wood Technology,

Engineering, or related field)

• 1–2 years experience in a similar role (measurement, construction, carpentry, or

interior work) is an advantage

• Fresh candidates with strong technical aptitude can be considered

• Strong numerical and measurement accuracy

• Basic understanding of construction and interior layouts

• Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Physically fit and able to move between multiple sites

Technical Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of design software (e. g. , SketchUp, AutoCAD)

• Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, laser measure, leveling tools)

• Smartphone proficiency for documentation (photos, videos, reports)

• Frequent travel to project sites within and outside Accra

• Combination of fieldwork and occasional office coordination

• May require early site visits depending on project schedule

• Accuracy of measurements (minimal to zero design errors)

• Timely submission of measurement reports (within 24 hours)

• Reduction in site-related production or installation issues

• Quality and completeness of site documentation
