Field Agents will serve as the frontline representatives responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting drivers onto the client’s digital platform
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and approach eligible drivers and vehicle owners within designated operational areas.
- Promote the benefits and opportunities of joining the platform.
- Explain the registration process, requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Assist drivers to complete the sign-up process using the mobile app or registration portal.
- Collect and verify required documentation such as:
- Driver’s license
- Vehicle registration documents
- National ID or Ghana Card
- Insurance documents where applicable
- Ensure that all driver profiles are accurately created and uploaded into the system
