Job Details
As part of our strategic expansion, we invite applications from passionate, hardworking and result–oriented Agronomists to lead and grow our agricultural brands and spraying operations across the Ashanti Region.
Location
Applicants must be resident within the Ashanti Region.
Position
Agronomist (Field Operations & Market Development Lead – Ashanti Region).
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
o Leading and managing Super Mulch brand operations within the Ashanti Region.
o Working closely with Sanihancer and Apex10 Spraying Companies to expand spraying and field activities.
o Driving marketing, farmer sensitization and demonstration programs.
o Collaborating with the Ashanti Regional Team for Super Mulch, Sanihancer and Apex10.
o Providing leadership and supervision to spraying crews and field officers.
o Building strong working relationships with farmers, agro-input dealers and institutions.
o Leading customer care support, sample distribution and product trials.
o Conducting regular farm visits and large–scale farmer engagements.
o Coordinating market day activations, promotions and on–ground campaigns.
o Ensuring proper product application, monitoring and continuous farmer education.
Academic Qualification
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in:
Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Science, Agricultural Extension, Soil Science or any related agricultural discipline.
Person Specification
o Highly proactive and self–motivated
o Strong work ethic with measurable performance delivery
o Able to work independently and within a team
o Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills
o Genuine passion for agriculture and rural farmer development
o Driving skills with a valid license is an added advantage
Ideal Candidate
An energetic and committed professional ready to take charge of Super Mulch, support Sanihancer and Apex10 operations, and actively contribute to Apex10 brand growth across the Ashanti Region.
Salary Structure
Starting Salary (Probation Period):
GHS 1, 500 – GHS 2, 000 per month (Based on experience and immediate performance)
After 90 Days Probation:
Salary increases to GHS 2, 000 – GHS 3, 000 per month, based on:
o Performance
o Sales delivery
o Market expansion results

Earn GHS 50 monthly for every agro-shop recruited that records a minimum of GHS 1, 000 monthly sales and makes payment to the company.
Sales Commissions
o Commission on all direct sales to newly introduced buyers
o Commission on all cooperative sales under your management
Logistics Support
o Company motorbike provided
o Transportation support for client visits, market expansion and field operations
