KGV Limited is seeking a seasoned, high-performing Business Manager / Sales & Marketing Brands
Manager to lead brand growth, sales expansion, and nationwide coordination across our portfolio of
brands.
This is a senior leadership role for a disciplined, detail-driven professional with strong experience in brand management, sales leadership, distributor expansion, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within the agriculture and allied sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple brands, starting with Apex-10
Expand nationwide and international markets by onboarding agro-shops, sales outlets,
distributors, and major off-takers
Coordinate and manage regional coordinators, sales, and marketing teams across the country
Drive brand awareness, education, sensitization programs, expos, and field demonstrations
Manage distributions, debt collections, and credit systems with farmers
Achieve monthly sales targets:
o Low season: Minimum 200 boxes nationwide
o High season: Minimum 500 boxes nationwide
Recruit and manage cooperatives and strategic market partners
Lead weekly, biweekly, and monthly staff evaluations and performance reviews
Assist in leading weekly team meetings and daily operational check-ins
Work with key institutions including COCOBOD, MoFA, Zoomlion, Ghana Chamber of Commerce,
and Ghana Chamber of Agribusiness
Support and manage spraying enterprise arms (pesticides, weedicides, fumigation & Sanihancer
applications)

Salary & Performance Incentives
Base Target (probation) : GHS 3, 000 – 4, 000
