We are expanding and currently seeking a dedicated, disciplined and result–oriented Agronomist to lead and grow our agricultural brands and spraying operations within the Greater Accra Region.
Location
Applicants must live in Accra, preferably within or around the Tema Enclave.
Position
Agronomist (Field & Marketing Lead).
Key Responsibilities
o Lead and manage the Super Mulch brand in Greater Accra.
o Coordinate and work fully with Sanihancer Spraying Company and Apex10 Spraying Company.
o Handle sales, marketing, sensitization, and field demonstrations for all company brands.
o Work closely with Company Manager and Greater Accra Lead for Super Mulch, Sanihancer & Apex10.
o Supervise and guide field teams and spraying crew.
o Engage farmers, institutions and agro-dealers to grow market presence.
o Be actively involved in customer service, product sampling and field trial.
o Conduct regular farm visits and extensive farmer engagements.
o Lead and participate in market day promotions and activation.
o Ensure proper product usage, follow-ups and farmer education.
o Create and manage customer lists.
o Work with MoFA officers and extension staff.
o Recruit and manage agro-shops and farmer cooperatives.
Qualification
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Science, Agricultural Extension, Soil Science or any related Agricultural field.
Requirements
o Self-motivated and highly disciplined.
o Hardworking and results-driven.
o Ability to work with or without supervision.
o Must be able to drive (valid driver’s license is an advantage).
o Good communication and leadership skills.
o Strong passion for agriculture and farmer development.
Salary Expectations
Starting Salary:
GHS 1, 500 – GHS 2, 000 per month, based on experience and immediate ability to deliver results.
After 90 Days Probation:
Salary will be reviewed and increased to GHS 2, 000 – GHS 3, 000 per month, depending on performance, sales delivery and market expansion.

Agro-Shop Recruitment
Bonus:
Earn GHS 50 monthly for every agro-shop recruited that records a minimum of GHS 1, 000 in monthly sales and makes payment to the company.
Sales Commissions:
o Earn commissions on all direct sales to newly introduced buyers.
o Earn commissions on all cooperative sales under your management.
Logistics Support:
o Company motorbike provided.
o Transportation support for client visits, market expansion and field operations.
