Role Summary
We are seeking sharp, persuasive, high-energy Sales Executives to drive sponsorships, exhibitor sales, delegate registrations, and partnerships for the Africa Real Estate Festival. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role suited for confident closers who thrive on results.
High performers may be offered permanent employment after the contract period.


Key Responsibilities
• Sell exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, and delegate passes
• Identify, contact, and convert prospective exhibitors and partners
• Actively pitch the value of the Africa Real Estate Festival to decision-makers
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Follow up aggressively and professionally with leads
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities
• Represent the event professionally in meetings and presentations\


Ideal Candidate Profile
• Highly persuasive with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, positive, and self-motivated
• Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
• Comfortable making calls, sending proposals, and following up
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Sales or marketing experience is an advantage (events, real estate, media, or B2B sales preferred)
• Results-driven mindset with high energy and resilience
