Job Details
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, financial results, and strategic growth of the company within the assigned country or territory. The role ensures compliance with local regulations, client satisfaction, and alignment with AmSpec’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all business functions including Operations, Laboratory, Commercial, HR, and Administration.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Ensure compliance with local laws, ISO standards, and company policies.

Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Ensure operational excellence and quality service delivery.

Recruit, develop, and lead management and operational teams.

Represent the company with authorities, partners, and key clients.
