Prospect and recruit clients to grow the client base.

Review loan requests and conduct financial and non-financial evaluations to ascertain client creditworthiness.

 Ensure proper documentation and filing of client information.

Analyze risks and recommend approval or rejection

Set up payment plans with clients. ensure effective loan collection

Maintain updated records during applications, monitoring, and recovery efforts

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a retention rate of over 90%.

Maintain a Portfolio At Risk (PAR) below 2% at all times.

Must live in and around New Site Taxi Station, Adjacent railway quarters- Takoradi

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

* A minimum of a Diploma/HND

* Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
