Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our boutique team at Spintex. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories.
Provide fashion advice and styling suggestions to customers.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
Handle sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Track inventory, restock items, and report low stock levels.
Assist in arranging displays and ensuring products are attractively presented.
Meet and exceed daily or weekly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
SHS certificate or higher.
Previous experience in fashion retail or sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart appearance and good personal grooming.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Must live around Spintex or nearby areas.
Basic knowledge of fashion trends and customer service.
