• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of Machine equipment during production

• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs for Machine equipment during machine service.

• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.

• Perform mechanic duties including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments when required.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations for proper supervision.

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• Any other duties as required by your shift Manager

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ASSETS:

• Responsible for the maintenance of all company’s equipments.

• Responsible for the efficient utilization of equipments.

• Responsible for PPE’s that will be allocated to you.
