Position Overview

Reliance Resources Ltd., on behalf of our client in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join their Head Office in Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient repair, servicing, and maintenance of company vehicles, while keeping repair costs minimal and ensuring reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and detect faults in vehicles and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Carry out vehicle repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.

• Ensure vehicles are maintained in optimal condition to reduce downtime.

• Minimize vehicle repair costs through effective maintenance strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and servicing.

• Test drive vehicles after repairs to confirm proper functionality.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an automotive mechanic.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.

• Ability to troubleshoot and detect faults quickly and accurately.

• Must be able to drive (valid driver’s license required).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
