Reports To: Head of Operations / Managing Director

Job Purpose

To oversee the operations of the branch, ensuring effective delivery of financial products, excellent customer service, compliance with regulations, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

- Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals.

- Drive sales of banking products (savings, loans, investments) to meet branch targets.

- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalated customer complaints.

- Oversee risk management, compliance, and internal controls at the branch.

- Prepare branch performance reports and present them to management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the community.

- Ensure security, cash management, and operational safety of the branch.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

- Knowledge of Bank of Ghana regulations and branch operations management.
