Digital Marketing Manager – Banking
Location: Accra, Ghana
Reports To: Head of Marketing / Managing Director

Job Purpose
To develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and promote the company’s banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote savings, loans, and financial products.
- Manage and optimize company website, social media channels, and online campaigns.
- Plan and implement SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to design digital campaigns that increase market share.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in digital innovation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing (Google, CIM, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in the banking/financial sector.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of digital tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Excellent creativity, copywriting, and content development skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
