Administrative Manager
Location: Accra, Ghana
Reports To: Managing Director

Job Purpose
To oversee the efficient day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring effective support services that enhance productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all administrative functions of the company.
- Oversee office management, procurement, logistics, and facility management.
- Ensure efficient record-keeping, filing systems, and document management.
- Manage contracts and service providers (utilities, office supplies, maintenance, etc. ).
- Supervise support staff including clerks, drivers, cleaners, and security.
- Implement administrative policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Assist with HR administration including onboarding, leave management, and payroll support.
- Prepare administrative reports and budgets for management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
