Role Overview
This is a multifaceted role for a creative yet strategic digital professional. You will be responsible for social media management, content creation, website updates, lead generation, and customer engagement. Beyond creating captivating content, you will play a pivotal role in managing digital touchpoints, ensuring excellent online service delivery, and fostering meaningful interactions with our community of prospects, students, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a digital content and social media strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Create, publish, and manage engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs, newsletters, reels, success stories).
• Oversee and update the company website to ensure content accuracy, lead capture optimization, and seamless user experience.
• Drive lead generation through social campaigns, landing pages, SEO/SEM, and website integrations.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and ensure a customer-first experience across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to showcase client success stories, programs, and services.
• Monitor, track, and report performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement) with actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, immigration, and education to ensure content is both relevant and competitive.
• Manage occasional external partnerships (photographers, videographers, designers) for high-quality content production.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3+ years’ proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Familiarity with immigration and education processes (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Strong portfolio of digital content and campaign results.
• Experience with website management (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar CMS).
• Proficiency in digital tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software, Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client interactions simultaneously.
• Customer service mindset with a passion for community engagement and relationship-building.
