We are looking for passionate, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team and help us expand our client base, close deals, and drive brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Blac Web’s services.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Promote and sell website design, graphic design, advertising, and other creative solutions.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies (online and offline) to generate leads.
* Represent Blac Web at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
* Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualification
* Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in creative/digital industries is a plus).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Good understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Proficiency in social media and online lead generation is an advantage.
