• Planning and delivering age-appropriate, engaging, and structured lessons.

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development.

• Assessing and monitoring each child’s progress and adapting instruction as needed.

• Managing classroom behavior with patience and consistency.

• Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the learning experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education for the Preschool Teacher.

• At least 2-3 years of teaching experience at the respective level.

• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.

• A genuine love for teaching and working with young children.
