We are urgently looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in marketing or sales, particularly within the agricultural field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Apex 10 and Sanihancer products to farmers, agricultural retail outlets
• Execute field marketing activities to increase brand visibility and sales
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and resellers
• Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer needs
• Support trade activations and promotional events
• Assist with social media and digital marketing (content creation is an added advantage)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently
• Must be based in Tema and its environs, or willing to relocate
• Must be available to start immediately
• Experience in content creation or social media marketing is an added advantage
Salary and Benefits:
• GHS 3,000 – 3,500 gross salary.
• KPI’s and commissions.
