Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer – Automotive parts Manufacturing Company

Job Purpose:
To develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aimed at expanding the customer base, increasing brand awareness, and achieving business growth. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through targeted campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and support.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Manage social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports on KPIs and ROI of marketing efforts.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop insights for strategy refinement.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
