Job Summary

We are hiring Store Managers/Supervisors to lead our sales teams and manage daily operations at our fashion store in Accra Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and team performance.

• • Supervise and motivate sales staff to consistently meet targets.

• • Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to improve results.

• • Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally.

• • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.

• • Collaborate with the General Manager on promotions and sales initiatives.

• • Manage stock levels and display merchandising effectively.

Requirements

• • Diploma or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• • Experience in retail or supervisory roles.

• • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
