Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our fashion retail business located at Accra Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading retail operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and brand excellence across all store activities.

 Key Responsibilities

• • Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales, revenue, and profitability goals.

• • Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership to store operations.

• • Lead and mentor store managers, supervisors, and sales teams.

• • Analyze store performance and implement improvement strategies.

• • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and seasonal strategies.

• • Ensure all operations comply with company policies and brand standards.

• • Maintain effective supplier, vendor, and stakeholder relationships.

• • Identify new business opportunities and support expansion plans.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• • Proven experience in multi-store or high-volume retail management, preferably in fashion.

• • Strong team leadership and performance management skills.

• • Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.

• • Proficient in sales data analysis and reporting.

• • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
