Job Summary
Are you passionate about travel, client service, and administrative excellence? We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant, award-winning Travel and Tours team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, multilingual individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
• • Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
• • Manage calls, emails, scheduling, and documentation with professionalism and efficiency.
• • Assist with travel bookings, client inquiries, and tour coordination.
• • Maintain organized records and filing systems (both physical and digital).
• • Support the team in preparing reports, proposals, itineraries, and presentations.
• • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered across all client touchpoints.
• • Liaise with internal departments and external partners as required.
• • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications and Requirements
• • A Degree or HND in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
• • 1–2 years' experience in the tourism or travel industry is an added advantage.
• • Fluency in English and at least one other language (Spanish or French preferred).
• • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools and AI-powered systems.
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• • Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
