Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth for our Travel and Tours company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to promote our travel packages, tours, and corporate travel services.
Key Responsibilities
• • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• • Promote and sell local and international travel packages, holiday tours, visa assistance, and corporate travel solutions.
• • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
• • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, corporate customers, and travel agents.
• • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategy.
• • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
• • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
• • Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with company standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• • Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
• • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of booking or travel management systems is a plus.
• • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Adabraka or nearby areas.
