We are a reputable firm in the construction and building supplies sector seeking a proactive
and detail-oriented Project Manager with hands-on experience in cabinetry installations and
working with quartz surfaces. This role demands leadership, craftsmanship, and coordination
skills to deliver outstanding interior fit-outs and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise end-to-end project execution for cabinetry installations and
quartz surface designs, particularly in kitchen and interior spaces.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and in-house teams to ensure timely and quality
project delivery.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring materials, tools, and personnel are scheduled and
optimized efficiently.
• Interpret and work from architectural drawings and design specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, quality standards, and health & safety
regulations.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress; prepare reports and updates for
stakeholders.
• Source or liaise with suppliers for cabinetry components and stone materials where
required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Project Management,
Construction, Interior Decoration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years proven experience in a project supervision or management role in
construction, cabinetry, or interior finishing.
• Proficiency in installing or overseeing kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and working with
quartz countertops/surfaces.
• Good working knowledge of tools, finishes, materials, and modern design trends in
cabinetry and surfacing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a problem-solver with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
