Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive will welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out processes, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out.

Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries.

Answer phone calls and emails promptly.

Maintain a tidy reception area and uphold hotel standards.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SHS certificate or above.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of front desk operations.
