The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR functions to ensure smooth operations in recruitment, staff welfare, training, and compliance with labour laws. The role supports a positive work environment that helps the hotel deliver excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff placement.

Manage employee relations, welfare, and disciplinary processes.

Develop and implement training and staff development programs.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and Ghana Labour Law.

Maintain accurate staff records and handle payroll inputs.

Support management with workforce planning and HR reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.

Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
