Job Title: Group Marketing Manager

Job Summary: 
The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy across all business units within the IT group. This role requires a tech-savvy, results-driven leader who understands both B2B and B2C marketing dynamics and can manage multi-brand campaigns, digital channels, and product positioning across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion in alignment with the company’s innovation-driven goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the group-wide marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market plans.
• Oversee all marketing activities across subsidiaries, including digital marketing, content creation, events, PR, and advertising.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop marketing campaigns that support product launches and business growth.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and campaign ROI across channels and brands.
• Guide internal teams on marketing best practices and ensure brand consistency across all platforms and subsidiaries.
• Oversee the group’s online presence, including SEO, website content, social media, and email marketing.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including regional marketing managers where applicable.
• Work with external vendors, digital agencies, and media partners to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with data protection, intellectual property, and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and brand portfolios.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
• Experience in B2B marketing within SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise IT solutions is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and IT industry trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
