We are looking for a Driver Supervisor to lead and coordinate our team of drivers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and field experience in transportation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing teams and improving transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise a team of drivers to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Develop and manage driver schedules and assign routes effectively.

Monitor driver performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and internal policies.

Address and resolve any driver-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

Requirements:

Applicants must be no more than 27 years old

Practical experience in driving and knowledge of transport operations are essential.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.

The ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
