The objective of this role is for you to EFFICIENTLY and EFFECTIVELY manage your Team’s Credit

loan portfolio in consultation with your Supervisor, in line with the company’s objective.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

a. Prospect for loan clients to increase your team’s loan portfolio in volume and value.

b. Credit Appraisals for your team to recommend or dis-recommend a request to your

supervisor.

c. Recovery of credit facilities disbursed on due dates.

d. Accurately update loan portfolio and its various categories.

e. Cross Sell Company’s product to increase clientele base.

CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARD

❖ Ensure clients are well abreast with loan facility repayment schedule and other

documentation with respect to loans being disbursed.

❖ Ensure clients business are regularly visited and respective updated on such visits.

❖ Have an in-depth knowledge of client’s nature of business.

OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

a) Ensure Loan portfolio is updated on daily basis

b) Ensure clients’ records in the system (banking software) is regularly updated.

c) Be Timeous with the proceeding of credit and other clients’ request.

d) Ensure accurate loan documentations and background checks on clients.

e) Assist with information from the team for regulatory and other purposes.

f) Support Credit Supervisor in generating all loan documents before disbursement.

g) Required to have a swift rapport with service providers (DVLA, State Transport

Corporation, Lands commission etc.)

h) Serve as a conduit or key contact person on credit issues for the company in the

absence of your supervisor/s.

i) Ensuring by liaising with Credit Supervisor, that client loan statements and requisitions

are always accurate.

j) Ensuring to provide accurate credit information in the absence of Supervisor/s for

regulatory purposes.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/HND/1st degree in any accredited discipline

• 1 to 2 years post national service work experience in related field

• Ability to drive with a license class of B
