JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
The objective of this role is to provide account services to customers by receiving
and making payments into the respective client accounts.
You are also expected to manage the banking hall professionally in order to enhance
customer satisfaction and provide excellent service standard and maintain high customer
satisfaction.

FINANCIALS PERSPECTIVE
• Cross sell company’s products/services to potential and existing customers.
• Ensure total Client satisfaction at all times and by all staff within and across all
branch network.
• Develop and ensure that all Know Your Clients (KYC) standards are fully complied
with at all times in every aspect and line of duty.
CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARD
• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and
accurate transaction processing (deposits and withdrawals).
• Answer customers questions and enquiries on accounts (in person or on phone)
referring to other company services politely.
• Cross sell the company’s products by answering inquiries; informing customers of
new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers’ needs; directing
customers to a branch representative respectively.

OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
• Provide account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan repayments
and accurately keying it into the respective client accounts.
• Key correctly all system transactions to avoid transactional errors and improve
audit ratings.
• Prepare currency transactional reports.
• Reconcile cash drawer by providing cash transactions; counting and packaging
currency and coins.
• Complete complex money-related transactions in consultation with the
Supervisor.
• Turn in excess cash and mutilate currency to the Supervisor.
• Maintain supply of cash and currency.
• Comply with all bank operations and security procedures by participating in all
dual control functions; maintaining customer traffic surveys; auditing other tellers'
currency; and assisting in certification of proof.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect the company’s operations by keeping
information confidential.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of HND/Diploma certificate in any Academic discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience post National Service.
