Job Details
Candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person

Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve customer concerns

Follow up on customer interactions and ensure satisfaction

Provide product/service information to customers as needed

Keep up to date with company products

Contribute to improving customer service processes and standards
