We are seeking a hands-on and organized Van Sales Supervisor to manage field sales operations. The role requires overseeing van reps, route planning, and ensuring retail execution for our FMCG products.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide van sales reps on daily operations
Optimize route planning and stock distribution
Ensure target achievement and reporting accuracy
Support reps with training and customer handling
Monitor market feedback and competitor activity
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
3+ years in FMCG van/field sales
Leadership and coordination experience
Valid driver’s license and route knowledge
