Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets

Lead and coach the sales team to high performance

Build relationships with key customers and distributors

Analyze market trends and customer needs

Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

5+ years in FMCG sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role

Strong team leadership and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and CRM/reporting skills
