Job Details
Job Title: Maintenance Services Support
The role combines customer service, administrative, and driving responsibilities. The
below is an overview of the job roles and responsibilities….

1. Customer Interaction (Internal & External)
• Contact and assist vehicle users in assessing their vehicle service needs….
• Discuss vehicle issues that required maintenance and other repair works.
• Provide advice on maintenance and servicing schedules, services, and repair
works.
• Discuss with the teams at the workshops on other repair options and cost
reduction.

2. Coordination and Scheduling
• Should assist in preparing scheduled appointments for maintenance and
servicing and other repair works.
• Coordinate with the servicing or maintenance teams to ensure timely
completion of task and communicate same to all vehicle users without
compromising quality of work.
• Must provide a good, friendly and professional interaction with workshop
teams during the pick-up and delivery of vehicles to and from the workshop.

3. Documentation and Reporting
• Prepare all service or work orders and share same on Adobe for approval,
follow up and share same with the teams at the workshop for a seamless
process without any delays.
• Maintain accurate records on all vehicles, especially on faults, completed
jobs, replaced parts and other important customer information that’s needs
to be updated on our management information systems for future reference.

4. Safety and Maintenance.
• Must ensure that all company vehicles are in good condition. (Have enough
fuel in them when parked or moving to the workshops, cleanliness, good
batteries, and tires etc.)
• Follow all road traffic rules and maintain safe driving driving practices in the
course of duty.

5. Testing/Pick-up Responsibilities
• Drive test vehicles to identify and have knowledge of faults before sending
them to the workshops.
• With the assistance of other drivers, pick up Snr management (Senior
Managers, General Managers, Exec, and CEO and Veep) vehicles to the
workshop and deliver it back to them at their offices.
Internal
• Monitor repair works at the workshops to ensure that the right parts, vehicle
well tested by the workshops before taking delivery of them.
• Frequent workshop visits, breakdowns, and emergencies if needed.

Other General Responsibilities.
• Addressing customer complaints and providing solutions promptly.
• Coordinating with mechanics and technicians at the workshops help resolve
issues to our customers satisfaction.
• Have a good work relationship with the service team to optimize workflow
and customer satisfaction.
• Should have knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance practices.
• Must a strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have some organizational and time management skills with respect
to customer management.
• Should have a safe driving abilities and a valid driver’s license…

Education: Diploma in Transport, logistics or any related field.

Experience: 3 years’ relevant experience in transport-related field.
