Job Summary

Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in the cement industry? We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to join our team at Reliance Personnel Service. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cement factory, driving performance, and ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to enhance plant performance and efficiency.

• Manage and optimize production workflows to meet output targets and quality standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and production staff to achieve departmental and plant objectives.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning to ensure cost-effective operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations or production management, preferably within the cement or heavy manufacturing industry.

• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing large teams and complex plant operations.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• In-depth knowledge of industry safety standards, production planning, and quality control systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software/tools is an added advantage.
