Job Summary:

As a Satellite Internet Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of satellite internet systems for residential and commercial clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install satellite dishes, modems, and related equipment at customer locations.

• Conduct site surveys to determine optimal installation locations and ensure proper signal reception.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on satellite internet systems to resolve connectivity issues.

• Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their satellite internet systems.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with team members and management to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during installations and service calls.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in telecommunications or related field is a plus.

• 5 years’ experience in satellite installation, telecommunications, coding or related technical field preferred.

• Familiarity with satellite internet technology and equipment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
