Driver

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious driver to join our school. The successful candidate will drive the school bus and transport the school directors whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the school bus safely and punctually on assigned routes.

• Transport the school directors to and from appointments whenever required.

• Put the safety and wellbeing of pupils and passengers first at all times.

• Obey all traffic laws and school transport policies.

• Keep the vehicles clean, fueled and in good working order.

• Report any faults, accidents or incidents to the Principal or Supervisor immediately.

• Maintain a professional, courteous and respectful attitude towards pupils, staff and parents.

• Be available to report when duty demands.

• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the Principal.

Requirements

• A valid Class C driving license.

• Proven experience driving a bus or similar vehicle.

• A clean driving record and good character.

• Residence close to North Ridge.

• Punctuality, honesty and reliability.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting base salary of GHS 2, 000, with a competitive package
